MEET CHARLOTTE
My names Charlotte Louise, I am Lash Pros Founder and your Educator.
I am one of four sisters so as you can imagine growing up if the topic wasn't clothes and shoes, it was makeup or beauty. Being in such a female dominated household definitely had an impact on me choosing my career path and having such a love for it.
I am a huge believer in manifestation and that what is meant for you will always come to you.
Each of us has our own unique path and vision when it comes to what the future holds. No matter how crazy yours may seem, don't let it pass you! Act on it, give your all and i bet
you'll be amazed by the outcome!
Where she began:
... over 6 years ago Charlotte Louise took a lash course.
She had no clue where it would take her but she jumped in head first.
“Like any beginner Lash Tech I worried it wasn't for me and really didn't think I’d have the skill. I continued to practice for weeks, if not months to build up my technique before starting my own self employed mobile business. I travelled anywhere and everywhere just to get the clientele, build my speed and portfolio, while working a part-time job on evenings. Everything I earnt went back into my business and purchasing more stock. Fast forward 6 months, I made what I thought was the scariest jump and quit my part-time job to become full time lash technician. Little did I know this was the BEST move I could have made, and after a few months I put a limit on my travel distance and started working more locally. My diary
quickly became full and I working 10+ hours a day. After 3 years working mobile, I had built an amazing client base and was ready for a change.”
Then lockdown hit!
Like many of us Charlotte was scared what this meant for the business she’d just spent 3 years building!
The uncertainty of the unknown and going house to house led her to make the decision to take on her first salon.
The original Little Lash House opened and we expanded to an amazing team. It gave us flexibility to take on more clients, to have proper breaks (if you know, you know) and be in a really relaxing joyful environment. In this time we were researching, sampling and testing lash tray after lash tray and finally came across the perfect lashes. We started using them on our clients and got amazing feedback so we decided to order in our very first shipment!
After 4 years of Little Lash House, a growing salon, a large client list, an ever growing treatment list, we moved to a gorgeous new location with a rename.
